Publishing service
These Terms govern Nexus Journals websites, accounts, manuscript submission, peer review, production, publication, invoices and paid publishing services operated by Scifax Technology and Publishing Pvt. Ltd. Submission does not guarantee peer review, acceptance, publication, indexing, citation or any particular editorial outcome. Editorial decisions are independent of payment.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials and use the platform lawfully. Fraud, impersonation, peer-review manipulation, security interference and misuse of journal or publisher branding are prohibited.
Fees and payments
Applicable APCs, currency, taxes, discounts and final payable amounts must be shown before authorization. Payments may be processed through Cashfree, PayPal, Stripe or another publisher-approved provider. Provider terms, authentication, currency conversion and risk controls may also apply. Raw card credentials are not intended to be stored by Nexus Journals.
Rights and service availability
Article rights follow the publishing agreement and article license. The publisher may restrict service for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, integrity investigation, non-payment or material breach. Reasonable efforts are made to maintain availability, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.
